I am an Applied Confidence Strategist, executive people leader, certified life coach, and keynote speaker with over 20 years of experience as a full-spectrum HR decision-maker.
That means I have hired people. I have promoted people. I have coached people to their next level. And I have made the difficult call to let people go. Hundreds of times. Across individual contributors, mid-level managers, and senior executives.
That experience is not a backstory. It is the entire foundation of this work.
I also currently serve as a Social Ventures Executive at a regional nonprofit organization — a role I stepped into with no prior industry experience. I was hired anyway. That is not luck. That is strategy. And teaching that strategy is exactly what I do.
